This policy describes how Weathersfield Community Connection Partners (“we,” “us,” “our”) handles information when you visit www.weathersfieldccp.org (the “Site”). We keep the Site simple; we do not run accounts, shopping carts, or comment systems on this website.
Who we are
We are a community nonprofit serving neighbors in Weathersfield Township, Ohio. You can reach us at info@weathersfieldccp.org or via the Contact page.
Information we collect on this Site
Contact. The Contact page uses a mailto: link. When you send email, your message is handled by your email provider and ours; we do not collect that content through custom forms hosted on the Site itself.
Vendor registration. If you use the Fall Fest (or other event) vendor registration form, we collect the information you submit (such as name, business name, phone, email, items sold, and electricity needs) to process your application. Card payments are processed by PayPal; we receive payment confirmation and do not store full card numbers on this Site. Check-payment applications remain pending until we mark your check received. We email confirmation to you and to our organizers. Registration records are stored on our server for event operations.
Hosting and logs. Your browser automatically sends technical data (such as IP address, browser type, and date/time of requests) to whatever company hosts the Site (for example, a static host or server). That host may keep access logs under its own policies and retention rules.
We do not sell your personal information.
Facebook and Meta
Some pages include links to our Facebook Page (facebook.com/weathersfieldccp), and the Events page may embed Facebook’s Page Plugin or similar tools provided by Meta. If you interact with those features, Meta may collect information as described in its own policies. We encourage you to read Meta’s Privacy Policy and adjust your Facebook settings as you prefer.
Cookies and similar technologies
Note. Meta’s embeds or social widgets may set cookies or use storage on your device. Our static pages alone typically do not require login cookies from us.
Children’s privacy
The Site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this Site.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
